FAQS
Why Stretch?
There are many aspects of taking care of your body, but stretching is often neglected.
Did you know:
A stiff and tight thoracic/scapular region, combined with a tight, overactivated upper trap and a weak lower trap, can cause shoulder impingement and neck strain.
A tight hip flexor muscle and weak abdominals and glutes can lead to back pain.
A tight quad and IT band, combined with weak glutes and poor hip and knee angle mechanics, can lead to knee pain.
A tight gastrocnemius, poor shoe wear, and improper walking mechanics can lead to plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.
Stretching is crucial for maintaining a healthy body. It's important to seek proper screening and treatment for aches and pains.

Who would benefit most from STRETCH-n-GO?
Our strong background in anatomy, mechanics, and pathomechanics makes us well-equipped to work with various injuries and individuals from all walks of life. Whether it's shoulder injuries of overhead athletes like baseball players and swimmers, hip/knee/ankle injuries common in basketball and soccer players, or back/hip/knee injuries experienced by golfers, we have got you covered. We can also address repetitive strain injuries suffered by manufacturing workers or desk-bound computer users. Give us a try - you won't be disappointed!

Why STRETCH-n-GO vs Individual Stretching?
While we promote self-stretching to reach long-term goals, certain stretches, like the T1 pec minor, may be challenging or less effective without assistance. Additionally, it can be difficult to assess the level of tightness on your own. Finally, with our systematic monitoring process, we can help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.

What should I expect on the first exam?
Please be prepared for a detailed review of your medical history to ensure that we address all aspects. Expect a thorough physical examination to identify and address any potential issues. We will listen to your concerns and ensure your needs are met.

What if I am not happy with my sessions?
We stand behind the quality of our work, so we will work with you to resolve any issues.

What is the cancellation policy for sessions?
A 48-hour cancellation notice is required, but we would appreciate as much notice as possible. There is a $50 cancellation charge if notice is given under 24 hours.
